About us: How a passion for systems became a success story
System-first has always been our credo
Before Kwapso existed, we were partners in a digital marketing agency for almost three years. Even then, we noticed one thing: It wasn't campaign performance that was the real challenge, but the data and process chaos behind it. How do leads get from A to B? How do we prevent information from being lost in Excel spreadsheets and email threads?
Our system-first mindset accompanies us in our private lives (organization, vacation planning, hobby projects) as well as in business.
The aha moment: Glide discovers
At the beginning of 2024, we were faced with a customer requirement that exceeded traditional tools. Aurora then stumbled upon Glide. Suddenly, we were able to build a full-fledged business app in just a few weeks instead of months. We were so impressed by the ease and speed that we went to August 1, 2023 officially founded Kwapso.

Alexander - CEO & Strategy Consultant
- Background: BA in Marketing & Sales
- Expertise: 5 years of PM & business development for digital factory projects (Industry 4.0) at major Austrian corporations, 3 years managing a digital marketing agency.
- Mission: Build efficient digital ecosystems that save time and enable growth.
